Hi Bernice: Dean of Research and Innovation at Humber. am a strong type 4 (59) followed closely by 1 (39). Quad 2 is 29 and Quad 3 is 23. Watching/doing is -7 and reflective on continuum. I have a strong team at Humber that ensures we are well-rounded on the 4Mat scales.
