  3. Hi Bernice: Dean of Research and Innovation at Humber. am a strong type 4 (59) followed closely by 1 (39). Quad 2 is 29 and Quad 3 is 23. Watching/doing is -7 and reflective on continuum. I have a strong team at Humber that ensures we are well-rounded on the 4Mat scales.

  5. Hi Bernice, I am the Innovation Program Manager at the Office of Research & Innovation. Looking forward to your training! My most preferred quadrant is 4 (46) closely followed by 3 (44).

  6. Hi Bernice, I am a Project Manager at the Office Research and Innovation. I am really excited to have these sessions with you!! I have been using 4MAT for my workshops and I can definitely see how engaged participants are. My strongest quadrant is #4 with 50, followed by #1 with 45.
